Billy Breed is a Director at Biospring Partners. Before joining Biospring, Billy worked at Aqueduct Capital Group, a broker-dealer and private capital advisory firm. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, he contributed to capital formation, investment strategy, and business development, with responsibilities spanning primary fund placements, secondary transactions, and private capital solutions.
Prior to Aqueduct, Billy worked in the entertainment industry on film financing and capital-raising initiatives. Earlier in his career, Billy was an actor and entrepreneur, having founded and sold two media companies, as well as appearing in numerous TV and film projects, including the Academy Award-winning film Green Book.
Billy earned his M.B.A. with academic honors from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where he was a member of the varsity golf team.
