Socrates Zacharias is a Principal at Biospring Partners, where he focuses on investments across biomanufacturing, radiopharma manufacturing, and broader pharma services sectors.
Prior to joining Biospring, Socrates was a member of the investing team at UPMC Enterprises, leading and supporting investments in healthcare and life sciences. Before that, he worked in the capital markets group at PNC, where he structured financing solutions for companies across various industries. He began his career on the healthcare investment banking team at Leerink Partners, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other strategic financing transactions.
Socrates holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Psychology and an M.S. in Biotechnology and Management, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
